Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments in API Connect HQ courses and workshops arranged by invoice. Website prices are informational; the enrollment agreement controls when terms differ.

Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module (or, for workshops, if you have not attended any live session) and have not downloaded template packs beyond the orientation packet.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after accessing two or more modules but before completing half of the program, we may offer a partial refund equal to 40% of fees paid, less any non-refundable third-party processing fees. Partial refunds are not available after the midpoint of the cohort calendar.

Non-refundable items

• Private kickoff sessions already delivered under Evidence Vault
• Completed binder critique appointments
• Custom materials prepared for your anonymized data after you approve the scope
• Seats transferred to another learner inside your organization (transfer is allowed once; the fee itself is not refunded)

How to request a refund

Email info@apiconnecthq.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We respond within five business days with confirmation or clarifying questions.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method or, for bank transfer invoices, to the account you designate in writing. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are outside our control.

Cancellations by API Connect HQ

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Where Korean consumer protection law mandates a broader cooling-off right for distance contracts, those mandatory rights prevail over this policy. Force majeure events that delay live sessions do not automatically create refund rights if recordings or rescheduled dates are offered within 60 days.
